Just when it was time for everyone to return back home; a disastrous hailstorm and downpour stalled the movement of Kolkata for nearly an hour on a busy Monday evening. I went down to get a glimpse of the disruptions in the wee hours of Tuesday morning.....
Branches of trees had broken down and were leaning on the ground. The false ceiling had also stooped down...
However the shower after swelter made the early morning breeze even more pleasant. The sight of things that remained unscathed by the harsh lashing of nature was worth capturing...
